15/10 best experience ever!! I researched breeders all over the US and even Canada when looking to add a Bernedoodle to our family. I chose to join the waitlist at Walnut Valley because of their genetic testing, health guarantee, professionalism, transparency, genuine care for their animals, incredible customer service and ability to deliver the puppies at a reasonable cost. The estimate was a 2 year wait when I joined the waitlist, but I only waited 1 year for a puppy and I was extremely picky and passed on several litters. Jason is a rockstar and kept me updated and answered all of my questions the entire year I waited for a puppy. When it was finally time to choose he was very honest and helpful and made the process of selecting, purchasing, and preparing so smooth and easy. When she finally came home I couldn’t believe she was real. She is the most incredible dog I have ever seen. Pictures and videos do not even come close to how beautiful, sweet, and intelligent these puppies are. The day she came home it was extremely clear how much care goes into raising these puppies with excellent temperaments and great socialization. Our puppy came to us already loving kids!!! I couldn’t believe it! She was a part of our family from the moment we first met. She was kissing and enjoying my children from the moment she met them. She had no fear or apprehension about being around children and our vet commented that she seems very well adjusted. She learned to sit on command within days of coming to us. It’s been less than two weeks and she can come and lay down on command and is doing great with potty training. Jason continues to check in on us and it honestly feels like sending updates to a friend. I can’t say enough good things about this breeder. Walnut Valley feels like family. The puppies are worth every penny!
Javin and the whole team at Walnut Valley were absolutely phenomenal! I did a lot of research into Bernedoodle breeders, and what made us choose them were all of their positive reviews, the puppy/adult comparisons on their website, and the fact that the puppies are family raised. I also loved that they have a Facebook community and that the owners even have annual meetups. It really made it feel like a family, and it was clear how much everyone adored the breeder and their dogs.Our puppy experience was nothing short of 5-star fantastic. We were on the waitlist for 2 years because I was very picky, and honestly, I believe Javin matched me with the perfect pup. When our litter was born, I initially chose a different puppy from the photos, but Javin helped guide me and suggested that our now pup (Lady) had the calmer personality and coloring I was looking for. We have had an all-around outstanding experience with Walnut Valley Puppies. So much so that after only a week after bringing our new puppy home we chose to go back on the waitlist for a second one. Every step of the process from navigating the website and getting on the waitlist to picking up our puppy and getting her home was smooth and professional. There were no surprises, loose strings, or hidden costs. Expectations regarding the waitlist time were realistic and response times are incredibly quick, respectful and friendly.WVP is clearly a reputable breeder with the health and wellness of their puppies and parents in mind. We only had one point of contact (Jason Yoder) throughout the entire adoption process which was nice because it took the chance for confusion or miscommunication out of the process. He checked-in (and still checks in) regularly and always responded within the same day (typically within minutes). Not only did Jason answer all of our questions but he also helped us decide on the puppy that was going to best suit our family’s needs and lifestyle. We especially appreciated all of the photos, videos and the personality ranking system they use. Extra effort was also taken to help us navigate through the “preparing for puppy” prep work (puppy proofing the house and yard, setting up vet appointments and training, ordering food and supplies, etc.) in order to ensure a smooth transition when we brought “Harriet” home. We received a generous swag bag full of goodies and necessities (the blanket with her mom and littermates’ scent has been incredibly valuable) to help with the transition as well.Once we got Harriet home, it was obvious that WVP put in a bunch of work getting her socialized and weaned prior to the 8-week mark when we picked her up. She has been easy to crate train (we are going into week 3 and she has not had one accident in her crate - she’s even sleeping through most of the night!). Our new puppy is sweet and playful with our young daughters as well as any other person who will give her attention. We’ve had complete strangers come up to us to say how adorable and well-tempered she is and ask where we got her. Our Harriet is an adorable tiny F1B bernedoodle with a well-balanced temperament of curiosity and calm and she’s so smart with the training.If you’re looking for a bernedoodle, Walnut Valley Puppies is the place!

Jason was great to work with from the time we put in our deposit to the time we took home our puppy and he is still in contact today checking in on how Marley (Formerly Melody) is doing. I was fortunate enough to meet Jason as he hand delivered our puppy by flying to our selected airport and was so caring through it all. He kept us informed on where we were at in the draft order and we appreciated all the photos and videos we received before selecting our puppy and even after. I would definitely recommend Walnut Valley Puppies to anybody. We were fortunate enough to get the exact puppy characteristics we wanted and we love her so much. We hit the jackpot with Marley. We spent a lot of time researching and trying to find the right breeder, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Walnut Valley Puppies! We joined the waitlist for the standard bernedoodles and from the start, Jason and the Walnut Valley team were very trustworthy, communicative and responsive. They explained the whole process and were available to answer any questions we had. They are very friendly and professional and it’s obvious how much they care for their pups throughout the entire process. It’s been one year and, bc of Walnut Valley Puppies, I have a happy, playful, fun loving pup that brings so much joy and brightness to our home. Tina was great to work with from the very beginning, making sure Yeti and I were a good match for each other and answering all my questions (and I had a lot, including how to research to make sure they were legit since I’m in another state and couldn’t just stop by). She made the process easy and I appreciated her organizing the flight when she did, that was a very busy time for me. She also gave me as many photos and videos I could ask for since I had to wait just a bit to be available to pick him up. Ruby was great at the airport giving me everything we needed and kindly taking pictures of our first moments together. Yeti did come to me with a parasite (and the more I learned, the more I understood that, though it was unfortunate, with a brand new puppy it can be par for the course) however, WVP held up their promise and paid for the follow up vet visits and panels that related to that issue and I appreciate them sticking to everything they promise. They’re a great breeder and I am so grateful to have Yeti bc of them!

You can tell he loves these dogs and takes great care of them! Everything was transparent and easy. He also spends a lot of time videoing the puppies and will FaceTime you when it’s time to pick them out. We can’t recommend this place enough. We love our doodle!
This breeder is extraordinary and brought us our dream dog. Not only are they extremely communicative, honest, and thorough, they are so kind. We reached out looking for a male dog, and while they said they said we could get one within a year, they had a female ready immediately. They patiently waited for a couple days while we deliberated, always staying in contact, and we eventually went home with a perfect girl. There is a sweet and gentle nature to Walnut Valley Puppies and I would highly recommend them if considering a Bernedoodle. We are in love with our pup!

We were extremely selective when choosing breeders for our bernedoodle. After researching multiple breeders, we decided that Walnut Valley was an excellent choice. We purchased our bernedoodle F1b a year ago. We could not be happier! Her temperament was exactly as described. She is a lovable dog and extremely affectionate. They are great for small children. She is a beautiful Tri Sable F1b. If we ever decide to get another, Walnut Valley will most definitely be our choice!

When new litters arive, we’ll contact you and provide the option to potentially choose a puppy or wait for a subsequent litter.
